About Us
What Sets Us Apart
We believe home support should never feel transactional or impersonal, it should feel respectful, steady, and deeply human. While many agencies focus primarily on compliance and coverage, we focus on the individual: their goals, their independence, and what truly brings meaning to their life. We hire caregivers for their character and heart first, then equip them with the training and structure needed to deliver excellent support.
Our approach is intentionally person-centered, consistent, and relationship-based, ensuring families feel secure and individuals feel seen. At Covenant, we are not volume-driven, we are mission-driven, committed to serving with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
